About the Opportunity
A rapidly growing, privately held healthcare organization is seeking a visionary Psychiatrist to join its expanding integrative mental health practice. This is a newly created position designed to support a broader strategic growth plan. In this role, you will provide top-tier clinical care while collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive, whole-person wellness.
This position offers a rare opportunity to help shape and build an expanding psychiatric service from the ground up, with significant autonomy and room for long-term career advancement. Ideally, our client is looking for someone with an established caseload to bring with you into this supportive infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments.
- Develop tailored, individualized treatment plans based on unique client needs.
- Collaborate deeply with an interdisciplinary team to champion integrated, holistic care.
- Participate actively in case discussions and coordinate treatment approaches with peer providers.
- Contribute strategically to the development, processes, and scaling of the psychiatric service.
- Assist in establishing clinical workflows and best practices as the practice expands.
- Take on potential leadership responsibilities to manage a growing clinical team over time.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Psychiatry.
- Active, unrestricted medical license (or immediate eligibility) to practice in Minnesota.
- A strong interest in integrative, collaborative, and whole-person mental healthcare.
- Demonstrated clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
- An entrepreneurial, growth-oriented mindset with a desire to build a program – ideally this person would bring your caseload with you.
- Ability to work autonomously while thriving in a multidisciplinary team setting.
