Connectivity Behavioral Health & Wellness
Company Overview
Connectivity Behavioral Health & Wellness was founded by husband-and-wife team Julianna “Jules” Santiago and Quintin Santiago out of a deep personal and professional commitment to helping people create lasting change.
Both founders bring 9 years each of experience in behavioral health and addiction treatment, along with deeply personal connections to the work. Jules brings multiple years of lived recovery experience, giving her a firsthand understanding of the fear, struggle, hope, and transformation involved in building a life in recovery. Quintin is a military veteran with a strong connection to veterans and the unique challenges many face with trauma, PTSD, substance use, and reintegration.
Together, their professional backgrounds and personal experiences shaped the vision for Connectivity: to create a program that goes beyond symptom management and helps people heal in a more complete, connected, and meaningful way.
Connectivity is a co-occurring mental health and substance use Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) and Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) located in New Braunfels, Texas. Our program is designed for adults who need structured clinical support while continuing to live in the community.
What makes Connectivity different is our focus on whole-person wellness. We believe effective treatment should address more than a diagnosis. Our approach integrates evidence-based behavioral health care with psychiatric services, recovery support, measurement-informed outcomes, movement, physical wellness, experiential programming, and opportunities to strengthen connection to self, health, relationships, and purpose.
Our treatment philosophy is built around Mind • Heart • Strength (Mind, Body, & Soul); recognizing that sustainable recovery is strongest when mental health, emotional health, relationships, and physical well-being are addressed together.
Connectivity was created from both professional experience and lived experience, with one goal in mind: to help people move from chaos to connection and build a life that feels worth protecting.
Company History
Connectivity Behavioral Health & Wellness grew out of an observation that became impossible for Jules and Quintin to ignore.
After years of working in behavioral health and addiction treatment, they repeatedly watched clients make significant progress inside the structure and support of treatment, only to struggle once they returned to everyday life.
Inside what they came to think of as the “treatment bubble,” clients often had routine, accountability, support, connection, and a clear focus on recovery. But when that bubble disappeared, they were suddenly back in the middle of work, family, relationships, stress, triggers, responsibilities, and real-world expectations.
That gap between doing well in treatment and functioning successfully outside of treatment became a major part of the vision for Connectivity.
They also saw that recovery could become unstable when one important area of a person’s life was neglected. Mental and emotional health, physical well-being, relationships, purpose, and recovery are deeply connected. When one area begins to fall apart, it can affect everything else.
Those observations shaped the direction of Connectivity from the beginning: create a treatment environment that prepares people for real life, not just life inside treatment.
The goal became to build a program where clients have opportunities to practice accountability, strengthen healthy routines, navigate relationships, build resilience, and apply what they are learning while they are still surrounded by support.
That idea ultimately became Connectivity Behavioral Health & Wellness and the foundation behind its mission:
From Chaos to Connection.

Team members have the opportunity to be part of a growing organization where ideas are valued, collaboration matters, and the work is centered on helping clients create change that carries into everyday life.
