Laureate Eating Disorder Clinic in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is expanding our ED/OCD program and seeking psychiatrists to join our multidisciplinary team providing expert care for adult women with eating disorders and co-occurring psychiatric or medical conditions. Intensive, psychotherapy- and relationship-based program: 40 hours of therapist-led group, individual, and family therapy weekly
Collaborative care model: daily meetings with psychiatrists, therapists, dietitians, and nursing staff to review each patient’s care
Continuity of care: keep the same physician, therapist, and dietitian across acute, residential, and partial hospital levels of care
Exposure to complex co-occurring conditions such as diabetes, bipolar disorder, OCD, PTSD, depression, and anxiety
Position Highlights:
Combined inpatient and outpatient role focused on eating disorders
Competitive 2-year guaranteed base salary with wRVU incentives
$30,000 sign-on bonus, up to $20,000 relocation reimbursement
CME support, paid license/DEA/OBNDD, 25 days PTO plus 7 holidays
Monday–Friday schedule, 34–40 hours per week
Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
EPIC EMR with advanced AI capabilities via Dragon DAX Copilot
