The McCahill Group is expanding our national bench of experienced public speakers to deliver high-impact wellness and product education for leading national brands.
This role is ideal for confident, stage-ready National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coaches who are experienced in presenting to large, mixed-experience adult audiences. Educators in this role will deliver structured, brand-approved content in live and virtual settings, represent brand standards with professionalism, and engage audiences ranging from small groups to large conference environments.
We are currently seeking:
- Experienced English-speaking public speakers
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) public speakers with professional presentation fluency in both languages
Educators may be asked to present at national conferences, field leadership meetings, corporate wellness events, and brand education programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver live and virtual wellness and product education presentations
- Engage audiences of 50–500+ participants
- Maintain adherence to structured, approved content
- Represent brand standards with professionalism and credibility
- Adapt delivery style to varying audience experience levels
- Facilitate Q&A while staying within approved messaging boundaries
- Collaborate with program leaders and training teams
- Travel as required
Requirements
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated public speaking experience (conference, corporate, field, or national events)
- Experience presenting to large adult audiences
- Strong facilitation and group engagement skills
- Professional stage presence and executive-level communication
- Comfort delivering structured, brand-approved content
- Health and Wellness Background OR Beauty/Aesethics
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in product education, lifestyle medicine, or evidence-based wellness
- Experience presenting to entrepreneurial or mixed-experience audiences
- Previous national training or education tour experience
Bilingual Requirement (For Spanish-Speaking Roles):
- Professional-level fluency in both English and Spanish
- Ability to confidently deliver full presentations in either language
